I lov...Thank you for another great interview Fiona. I loved hearing a bit more about the real life Max and enjoyed the discussion about how to deal with death and violence in middle grade books. You can't altogether avoid these themes if you write to include historical and/or mythological elements. I think Wendy does a great job in dealing with this in the books.
